He received his CPA designation in the State of New Jersey in 1981. Philip is a 1972 graduate of John F. Kennedy High School in Willingboro, New Jersey. He attended Rutgers College of Arts and Sciences-Camden and received a degree in accounting in 1978. His entire career since graduating college is in the field of public accounting. Philip is a member of the Pennsylvania Institute of Certified Public Accountants and the American Institute of Certified Public Accountants.
